Ran at THS track with Paul and Kent. They did speed work, 1/2 mile repeats, I have had a hurt hamstring for about 3 weeks and was running to check it out, see if it is healed. I just ran without stopping at the half mile to keep the legs moving, when I did stop and start up again, the hamstring had a little pain, not like the previous attempts to test it. I then walked with a little running to keep from straining it again.
